Alberta Thomas 79, of Richmond, Indiana passed away on June 28, 2022. She was born on June 20, 1943 in Oneida, Kentucky to Robert and Rhoda Callahan Samples.
Alberta is survived by her children Tammy (Nick) Jones, Tommy Thomas, Darrell Thomas; step son Ricky Thomas; sister Sue Presby; brother Mike Samples; grandchildren Ashlyn Thomas, Nick Thomas, Jessica Thomas, Jackie Thomas and Joshua Thomas; great grandchildren Zachary Thomas, Briella Elgin, Mason Elgin, Emma Thomas, Sophia Thomas, Shelbi Thomas, Jaycee Biga and Jenci Gerson; lots of friends and special friends Vella Johnson, Rita Edwards, Sherri Thomas and special friend and care taker Belinda Hampton.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a daughter Tiffany Thomas, her brother Charlie Samples and her sister Ommay Samples.
