Betsy Perkins, of Richmond, Indiana passed away on January 6, 2019.
She was born in December 3, 1940, in Two Egg Jackson County, Florida to Ermon Lewis and Willie Mae Johnson.
Betsy lived most of her life in Richmond, Indiana. She loved to cook.
She leaves to cherish her memory her mother: Willie Mae Johnson; children: Tina Miller, Felita Walker, Kevin Perkins, Stacie Perkins (Ronnie Tevis), Bandon Perkins (Kylie) and Aramis Walker; step daughter: Vickie Robinson (Bill); grandchildren: Lydia “Lo”, Gavin, LaTeshia, Teneisha, Keisha, Olivia, Lexus, Symone, Kevin Jr. and Damon; sister: Kay Brown (Charlie); brother: Ermon Johnson (Jean); aunts: Florida Mae McCoy and Theola Williams; uncle: Lucious Williams; brother-in-law: Gail Perkins (Kathy); special nieces: Lori Williams Burton and Ember Lewis; special friends: Jennifer Frye and Coleen McDougle. She also leaves a host of other family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her father: Ermon Lewis; her husband: Irvin Perkins and her son Michael Lewis.

Funeral service will be held on Sunday January 12, 2020 at 1pm at Community Family Funeral Home, where calling hours will be held from 11am-1pm. Burial: Earlham Cemetery.
