Centerville, IN – Brenda K. Cummings, age 59, of Centerville, died Friday, November 18, 2016, at her home.
Born August 19, 1957, in Xenia, Ohio, to Ed and Shirley Gentry, Brenda lived in this community for 27 years. She was a member of Go Ministries. Brenda was a devoted Ordained Minister and worked for New Creations.
Survivors include her husband of 35 years, Daniel F. Cummings, to whom she married on May 6, 1981; children, Daniel L. (Khristi Viktoriany) Cummings of Jacksonville, Florida, Savannah S. (Jeremy) Rasnick of Connersville, Indiana, and Joseph F. (Gina) Cummings of Richmond; grandchildren, Isaac and Chloe Borck, Caden Rasnick, and Eden and Rowen Cummings; mother; sisters, Linda Bibb and Cindy Gentry; and brothers, Billy and Eddie Gentry.
She was preceded in death by her father.
Visitation for Brenda Cummings will be from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 22, 2016, at Doan & Mills Funeral Home, 790 National Road West, Richmond. Funeral service will follow at 3:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 22, 2016, at Doan & Mills Funeral Home with Pastor Dave Townsend officiating.
