Carlie B. Thomas, age 72, passed away at Reid Health on January 22, 2020. He was born October 23, 1947, to Bertha Thomas in Manchester, Kentucky.
Carlie had lived in Wayne County most of his life. He had worked at Richmond Wayne Works until their closing; and then he worked for many years at Apple Heating and Air Conditioning. He loved to fish and camp.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife: Linda Fitzpatrick; his sons: Carlie R. (Leigh Anna) Thomas and Ronnie Swallow; daughter: Lisa Waterman; brother: David Hibbard; four sisters: Gussie Thomas Hayre McFarland, Sallie Thomas Briton, Nellie Thomas Down and Martha Thomas Shelton; several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Besides his mother, he is preceded in death by two brothers: Richard Thomas Jr. and Luther Thomas.
