Carol Mae Robinson, age 89, passed away on December 5th in Mercer, WI. She was born in Wayne County, Indiana on April 24, 1928 to Harley and Edith Beeson. She was a lifelong resident of the Hagerstown, Indiana area. She was a graduate of Hagerstown High School. Carol was a retiree from the Dana Distribution center where she worked in the office.
Carol is survived by her son, Melvin (Julia) Belt of Mercer, WI and stepson Stephen Robinson of Richmond, IN. Grandchildren, Vicky Alexander of Cambridge City, IN, Michael Belt of Hagerstown, IN, Stephanie (Daron) Shaul of Hagerstown, IN, Kathryn (Luke) Wanta of Rhinelander, WI and Brian (Shirlie) Robinson of Clarksville, TN, 18 Great-Grandchildren with one on the way and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, James K. Robinson, a son Steven Belt, and brothers Carl, Wilbur, and Lewis Beeson.
Graveside services were December 15th at the Brick Cemetery in Hagerstown. In lieu of flowers please make a contribution in her name to your favorite charity or local church.
