Carrol Roberta Fegan, 87, Cambridge City, passed away on October 24, 2021 at Rosebud Village in Richmond, Indiana.  Carrol was born in Abington Township, Wayne County, Indiana on January 18, 1934 to Orville and Nova Julia (Roller) Study.  Carrol graduated from Centerville High School with the class of 1952.  She married Russell G. Fegan on November 24, 1955 at St. Elizabeth of Hungary Catholic Church in Cambridge City.  Carrol has made her home in Cambridge City since her marriage to Russ and worked as a telephone operator for General Telephone in Richmond for 30 years. She also worked at the Richmond Target store.  Carrol was a former member of the St. Elizabeth Catholic Church.

Survivors include her husband of 65 years, Russell Fegan; 3 sons, Russell L. (Barbara) of Milton/Cincinnati, Dan (Kenna) of Cambridge City and Patrick of Kinston, N. Carolina; grandsons, Russell T., Ryon, Ambrose and Nathaniel; step grandson, Chris Jackson; granddaughters, Kacee Bishop, Kenzie Heuchan and Karlie Dillon; 4 great grandsons; 5 great granddaughters; sister, Dorthy Grey; many nieces and nephews.

 Carrol was preceded in death by 1 sister, Marjorie Dillon; 6 brothers, Harold, Howard, Jack, Robert, Richard and Russell A. Study.

Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday October 29, 2021 at Marshall & Erlewein Funeral Home, Dublin.  Fr. John Hall will officiate.  Burial will follow at Riverside Cemetery in Cambridge City.  Visitation will be at the funeral home from 5-7 p.m. on Thursday October 28th.
