Herbert Hoover Hutchings, 85, of Centerville died November 16, 2017 at his home. He was born September 28, 1932 in DeKalb County, Tennessee and lived here most of his life. He retired from the United States Air Force and served in the Viet Nam War. He also retired as an operating engineer in road construction and as a farmer. Survivors include his children Herbert Hutchings Jr., Perry Hutchings, Shirley (Thomas) Robl, Tammy (Dave) Patti, Paul Hutchings, and Amy (Scott) Holt, 12 grandchildren, several grandchildren, one sister Katie Snyder, four brothers Tom (Jackie) Hutchings, John (Raylena) Hutchings, Junior and Jerry Hutchings, nieces and nephews.
CENTERVILLE, Ind. – David Charles Bowers, age 75, of Centerville, Indiana, died Monday, November 13, 2017, at his home after an 11-month battle with a glioblastoma brain tumor. He was born September 1, 1942, in Mansfield, Ohio, to C. Walter and Louise Kochheiser Bowers. David’s mother died when he was an infant. He was raised in Bellville, Ohio, by his father and stepmother, Ella Vogel Bowers.
Carolyn Rebecca Weilenman (Becky), age 27, passed away November 3, 2017 at Reid Hospital, Richmond, Indiana. Becky lived most of her life in Dublin, IN before moving to the Richmond area. Becky was born July 4, 1990. She was employed by Berry Global in Richmond. Becky leaves behind two small children, Christopher Weilenman Crawley age 4 and Alana Rene Drook 15 months.
