Donna M. Hileman, 90, of New Castle passed away Saturday, May 14, 2022 at Glen Oaks Health Campus in New Castle. She was born October 6, 1931 in New Castle, Indiana, a daughter of the late William and Louise (Stegner) Newhouse.
Donna loved the outdoors, enjoyed traveling and visiting the State Fair. She also had a passion for arts and craft including crocheting & painting. But mostly, she enjoyed being with her family.
Survivors include her children, Rick (Terri) Hileman of Mooreland, Vicki (Max) Reece of Cadiz; grandchildren, Wendi (Patrick) Shaffmaster of New Castle, Krista Reece and Julie (Deke) Bertram both of Middletown and Gavin Hileman of Mooreland; great grandchildren, Morgan (Max) Hoggard, Macey Elyea, Katie (Derek) Maddox, Melanie and Mabrey Shaffmaster, Raven Willman and Scarlett Bornhorst; two great great grandsons, Arlo and Knox; a special niece, Leslee (Bob) Luttrell of Cadiz and several nieces & nephews.
In addition to her parents, Donna was preceded in death by her husband, Elmer Hileman, Jr. in 2010, a son, Bruce Hileman; sisters, Betty Frazier and Joan Turner and a brother, Richard Newhouse.
Graveside services will be at 12:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 17, 2022 at Green Hills Memory Gardens with Chaplain Mark Herbkersman officiating.
