Elmora Joyce Neal, 87, of Hagerstown, died Monday, July 19, 2021 at
Stonebrooke Rehab Center, New Castle.
She was born in New Castle on March 14, 1934 to Dick and Etta (Purvis) Rains and was a life long resident of the area.
Survivors include 4 granddaughters, Jennifer Neal, Jessica Neal, Darla Neal Murphy and Dawn Neal Martinez; 10 great-grandchildren; a sister, Lois Rains
Garvin and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Wandle L. Neal; a son, Wandle Dick Neal; a brother, Tommy Rains and a sister, Betty King.
Private graveside services will be held at the convenience of the family in Brick Cemetery.
