RICHMOND, Ind. – Floyd Kendall “Bo” Hensley Jr., age 62, of Richmond, Indiana, died Friday, November 22, 2019, at Reid Health.

Born January 29, 1957, in Whitesburg, Kentucky, to Floyd Kendall and Daisy Amburgey Hensley Sr., Bo had lived in Richmond for the past 40 years. He worked at the former Janesville Acoustics. Bo enjoyed fishing, working on cars, and spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. He was the world’s greatest husband, father, and grandfather.

Survivors include his wife of 40 years, Liz Neice of Richmond; children, Cherish Neice and Lenny Kendall, both of Richmond and Lanny Kendall of Greenfield, Indiana; grandchildren, Renel Malone, Trevor Bly, and Colten, Andrew, Chase, Triston, Jaden, and Chelsea Kendall; sisters, Thelma Mullins of Whitesburg and Mazie Brown of Isom, Kentucky; brothers, Billy and Larry Hensley, both of Whitesburg; nieces; nephews; cousins; and many friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Swampy and Marty Hensley.

There will be no public services for Floyd Kendall “Bo” Hensley Jr. Arrangements are being handled by Doan & Mills Funeral Home, 790 National Road West, Richmond.
