Glenn Wayne Fultz, age 75, of Webster, Indiana, died Saturday, July 2, 2022, at Ascension St. Vincent Heart Center. Born February 2, 1947, in Richmond, Indiana, to Stella Margaret Burton, Glenn was a life-long resident of Richmond.

He worked at Wayne Works Corporation and also owned an auto repair business. Glenn liked old classic cars, fishing, and enjoyed time spent with his grandchildren and family.

Survivors include his wife of 54 years, Phyllis Rothert Fultz, to whom he was married on September, 2, 1967; daughter, Portia (Ramiro) Villafuerte of Richmond; son, DeWayne (Patricia) Fultz of Richmond; four grandsons, Alonzo, Carter, Blake, and Brayden; sister, Brenda Fultz of New Castle, Indiana; half sisters Treva Hall and Roxie Embs; half brother Jeff Burton, nieces; nephews; and many friends, including a special friend, Charlie Crutcher. He was preceded in death by his son Todd; parents; brother Lanny Fultz; and half brothers, Randy Burton and Joe Burton, and influential guardian angel, his grandmother Ida Creech.

A Memorial Visitation for Glenn Wayne Fultz will be from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. Saturday, July 9, 2022, at Doan & Mills Funeral Home, 790 National Road West, Richmond. A Memorial Service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, July 9, 2022, at Doan & Mills Funeral Home with Rev. Josh Fakhoury officiating. Burial will be in Economy Cemetery at a later date.
