Gordon Eugene Black was born on August 19, 1959, in Richmond Indiana. The son of Billy Eugene and Ruby Carol Black. Gordon passed away peacefully with his wife and daughters by his side at Reid Memorial Hospital on June 18, 2022.
He is preceded in death by his Grandparents, his father Billy Black who passed away in 2007 and his mother Ruby Black who passed away in October 2021.
He leaves to cherish his memory: his wife of 10 years Catherine Sue Black (Frame), his four daughters; Amanda (David Inderstrodt), Brandy Black, Candy (David Shank), and Eugenia Black, two stepchildren; Marvin Damrell (Susan) and Joann (Adam Spurlock), 14 grandchildren, 10 step-grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and 5 step-great grandchildren, four Brothers; Charles Black, James Black (Brenda), Kenneth Black (Sally), and Albert Black (Patricia), 2 sisters Sharon (Micah Mann), and Carolyn (Kenneth Thomas), Lots of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
A memorial Service will be held at Community Funeral Home, 101 W Main St, Richmond, IN 47374. The service will be conducted by Pastor Andrew Stensaas. Tuesday June 21, 2022, at 11:00 am.
