PERSHING – Harold Roy Earl Williamson, 43, passed away Friday afternoon July 19, 2019 at his home in Pershing after a year-long battle with colon cancer.
Harold was born in Richmond, Indiana, on May 19, 1976. He lived in Arizona and moved to the Western Wayne community as a teenager.
Harold worked as a truck driver for Warner Enterprises and then Primex Plastics. He and his wife Amanda also owned and operated Williamson Auto Sales in Pershing. He enjoyed mechanical work and auto painting. Harold was a devoted husband and father. He loved spending time with his family, setting off fireworks and was very proud of his children. Harold was a hard-working person with a big and generous heart.
Survivors include his wife, the former Amanda Andrisko, whom he married in Demont, Indiana on October 21, 2005; 6 children, Amber, Nellie and Grace Williamson, Nathan, Coltin and Whyatt Robbins; 3 grandchildren, Mark, Grayson and Ila; mother, Constance “Connie” (Davis) Williamson; 4 siblings, Rhonda (Ray) Gonzaga, Renae Harris, Harold Dale Williamson Jr. and Cheryl Brotosky; nieces and nephews.
Harold was preceded in death by his father, Harold D. Williamson Sr.; uncle, Chuck Williamson; brother in-law, Paul Brotosky.
Visitation will be on Tuesday July 23rd from 1 p.m. until the time of funeral services at 4 p.m. at Marshall & Erlewein Funeral Home and Crematory, Dublin. Rev. Robert Lee will officiate. Cremation will follow.
In keeping with the needs of the family, memorial donations can be made to the funeral home to assist with funeral expenses.
