Jade Taylor Christine Craft, age 24, passed away unexpectedly at her residence on December 11, 2019. She was born April 28, 1995, to Julia Rae Force and David Mathew Craft in Richmond, Indiana.
Jade lived in Richmond, was a graduate of Richmond High School and attended Ivy Tech Community College.
Jade loved to express herself through her art, body art and eclectic style. Jade was a champion of the underdog and aspired to be a social worker/counselor or to be involved with Forensic Science. Jade was so charismatic that her smile and laughter could light up any room. She touched so many lives so deeply that all her friends became family.
Her mother quoted, “She was my best friend and the light of my life.”
She leaves to cherish her memory, her mother: Julia Rae Force; step-father: Kevin Lewis;fiancé: Dylan Wright; her fur baby, Piper Craft;maternal grandmother: Deborah Force; paternal grandparents: Margaret and William Kennedy; best friends and sisters by choice: Tabetha Cattand Jasmine Fields; step-brother: Michael Lewis; niece: Jema-Lou Jade Catt; two aunts: Jennifer (Mike) King, and Mary Hawkins; four uncles: John (Laura) Plummer, Jessie (Amber) Craft, Brian Craft and Joshua Nunley; nine cousins: Tyler and Brandon King; Kaleb, Andrew, Jarred and Jillian Plummer; Shawna and Meadow Hawkins; Justin Craft; and a host of other extended relatives and friends.
She is preceded in death by her father: David Mathew Craft; maternal grandfather: Jackie Robert Force; and step-grandfather: David P. Nunley.
