James L. Wells 91 of Richmond died June 30, 2022, at Brickyard Healthcare. He was born December 28, 1930, in Middletown, Ohio to George and Sarah Shafor Wells. He worked in maintenance at the Petro Truck Stop. He was an Army veteran of the Korean War. He was a member of Centerville Church of the Nazarene and the Harry Ray American Legion Post #65.
Survivors include one step-daughter Pat (John) Penland, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, and one sister Hazel Wells. His wife Louise died on June 23, 2004. His parents and one sister Georgia Wells are deceased.
