John A. Williams 60 of Centerville passed away August 18, 2018 at Reid Hospital after a short illness. He was born June 25, 1958 in Richmond to Kenneth and Caryl Reister Williams and lived in Centerville all of his life.
He worked at Master Brand Cabinets Inc. for 30 years and was currently working for CIT.
John loved watching NASCAR, Sunday football with his kids, playing golf, bowling, playing the lottery and shooting pool; he also loved gardening, cooking and woodworking. He especially loved spending time with his grandkids.
He is survived by his wife of 22 years Tami Williams, five children Chris (Misti) Williams of Richmond, Angela Yates of Richmond, Heather Renae Williams of Selma, Heather Teagardin of Franklin, Shannon (Justin) Wise of Richmond, thirteen grandchildren Naomi, Olivia, Kohl, Wyatt, Caleb, Canaan, Henry, Taylor, Karlie, Bennett Sophia, Warren, and Levi; two brothers James A. (Vickie) Williams of Greens Fork, Joseph (Anita) Williams of Richmond, nieces, nephews and his dog Jack.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
Services will be 10AM Thursday August 23, 2018 at Stegall-Berheide-Orr Funeral Home with Pastor Matt Smith officiating; Burial will be in West Grove Cemetery.
