John “Johnny” Q. Rose, 54, passed away Tuesday morning, February 25, 2019, at his home in Richmond, Indiana.
One of four children of Larry Wayne and Roberta Messer Rose, Johnny was born in Connersville on December 22, 1964.
Johnny enjoyed fishing, listening to Hank Williams, Jr., mushroom hunting, CB tag, drinking, women, and smoking weed.
Besides his mother, Roberta Rose of Connersville, Johnny is survived by three children, Johnny (Kira) Foster of St. Augustine, Florida, Sylvia (Matt) Bowling of Indianapolis, and Shenna Shepard of Connersville; ten grandchildren; a brother, Carlos (Raquel) Rose of Connersville; a sister-in-law, Lolah Miller of Brookville; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Johnny was preceded in death by father, Larry Rose; and two sisters, Sylvia and Gidget Rose.
Family and friends may call from 4:00 until the time of service at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 28, 2019, at Miller, Moster, Robbins Funeral Home. Reverend Robert Messer will officiate.
