Jordan Michael Marlatt, 27, of Hagerstown passed away Friday, November 16, 2018. He was born on March 1, 1991 in Richmond the son of Mac and Lisa (Jarrett) Marlatt of Hagerstown.
Jordan was the proud father to the light of his life, his daughter, Kenslie who he loved with all his heart as well as his many family members and friends. He was a funny, generous person that would give anyone the shirt off his back if needed. He held a special place in his heart for the elderly or people with special needs, his care for them came naturally. Jordan was an avid golfer and North Carolina Tarheels fan. He was a graduate from Hagerstown High School class of 2009.
In addition to his parents and daughter, Kenslie, Jordan is survived by his maternal grandparents, Jack and Marjorie Jarrett; aunts, Tracy (Rick) Jones of New Castle and Susan (Jack) Colvin of Hagerstown; uncles, Jay (Rose) Jarrett of Hagerstown, Tod (Jeanine) Jarrett of Surprise, AZ and Marc (Connie) Marlatt of Versailles, KY; special cousins, Hannah and Hailey Jones; special friends and their families, Alisa Brown, Kelley Gordon and Robin Denhart; many extended family and friends. He also leaves behind his special buddy, Charlie.
Jordan is preceded in death by his brother, Jason Duane Chaney; paternal grandparents, Herman and Yvonne Marlatt; uncle, Robert J. Marlatt.
Services will be at 1:00 PM on Saturday, November 24, 2018 at Culberson Funeral Home, Hagerstown. Burial will follow at West Lawn Cemetery. Visitation will be 4 to 8 on Friday and one hour prior to the service on Saturday. Memorial contributions may be given for the benefit of Jordan’s daughter, Kenslie Marlatt, at any West End Bank location.
