Keith “Frank” Wayne Coddington, 61, passed away on Monday, October 18.
Keith was born on December 14, 1959, in New Castle, Indiana to Ronald L. and Lucille F. Bane Coddington. He was a 1978 graduate of Northeastern High School where he played on many athletic teams including the school’s first football team. Keith formerly worked at Joseph Hill & Company, Hoosier Container and Carter Lumber. Keith always had a smile on his face and was always there to encourage others. He enjoyed fishing, doing yard work and was an excellent cook.
Keith will be missed by his mother, Lucille Coddington; brother, Roni D. Coddington & wife, Diana; sisters, Sylvia A. Blunk & husband Rick, Barbara J. Eaton & husband Dennis, Laura A. Olmsted, Linda S. Johnson & husband John; brother-in-love, Drew Sheffer, sister-in-love, Cindy Mendenhall, and several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Keith was preceded in death by his father, Ronald L. Coddington, in 2014; brother, Max L. Coddington, in 2000; sisters, Leasa F. Powell, in 2018; Larinda L. Sheffer, in 2016; and brother-in-love, Chad Olmsted, in 2018.
Keith’s family will hold a private graveside service in Sugar Grove Cemetery.
