Linda Sue Holmes, 75, of Richmond passed away September 10, 2019, at Golden Living Center – Golden Rule.
She was born December 11, 1943, in Booneville, Kentucky to Tom and Lucy Dean Halcomb and lived in Centerville most of her life.
Linda was a hard worker raising two children as a single mother. She worked in the cafeteria at PHILCO Ford.
Linda was a cancer survivor.
She is survived by her two children James Becknell of Bellevue, Ohio, Benda Joyce Carson of Centerville, four grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents, one sister and five brothers.
Services are private and arrangements were made by Stegall-Berheide-Orr Funeral Home in Richmond.
