Marcia Elaine Webster Willette Williams was born on August 31, 1957, in Richmond, Indiana. The daughter of Marzell and Cordelia Webster.
Marcia was born in Richmond, Indiana, but moved to Wisconsin as a teenager. She graduated high school in Milwaukee, and soon after met her first husband, Steven L. Willette. The couple began their family and soon after began to travel back and forth between California and Wisconsin. Marcia and her children moved back to her hometown, of Richmond, in the late 1980s, after the couple divorced.

In 1989, Marcia and her children began to travel and lived in many states including: Georgia, Kentucky, California, and then back to Richmond again. Marcia met her second husband, James Williams, after she moved back from Kentucky.

Marcia worked many different places and met many different people, before deciding to permanently reside in Indianapolis, Indiana. Marcia became a member of New Beginnings Fellowship Church, where she served on the Security Ministry and the Guiding Light Ministry, amongst other groups and artistries.

She leaves to cherish her memory, two biological children, daughter, LoveVelya (Michael) Copeland, of Las Vegas, Nevada and son, Trustin Willette, of Indianapolis, Indiana. She had five other children: Juliette Webster, Jada Webster, Jazmine Webster, James Webster and Raven Webster, all of Indianapolis, Indiana. She leaves behind seven grandchildren, Loviticus Miller, Victoria Miller, Chayil Miller and Mailuv Copeland, Carl Davis Jr., Journey Webster, and Shameka Gray. One great-grandchild, that was born on the day Marcia passed, named Christian.
Marcia left behind three sisters, Pamela White, Brenda Scates, and Tanya Hodgkins and nephews include; Cedric Scates, Joseph Scates, Darron Scates, Robert Webster, Charles Webster, Brian Carpenter, and Dante Hogkins. Marcia is also survived by her special family; Trina (Doug) Hampton and children, Tracy Mukes and children, April Taylor and children.

Marcia took in a lot of people and loved them all, she is survived in death by each one of them.
Marcia is proceeded in death by her mother and father, Marzell and Cordelia Webster, her brother-in-law, Larren Nay White (Pamela), and honorary grandchildren Toddreece Lady and Ahjahnae Jones, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
The family would like to express special thanks to the third floor, vent unit, nurses at North Capitol Nursing and Rehabilitation and anyone who has shown their love and condolences at our time of grieving.

Calling hours are 10 a.m.-noon Saturday, Dec. 14, 2019, at Mt. Olive Baptist Church, 1108 N H Street, Richmond, Indiana.

Funeral service is at noon Saturday, Dec. 14, 2019, at the church.

Repast will be held at American Legion Post 65, 109 North 6th Street, Richmond, Indiana, 3pm-7pm.
