Mary Jane Kerney, age 72, Richmond, went home to be with the Lord on June 8, 2021. She was born to Ralph and Rosie McCollister, on December 22, 1948, in Hamilton, Ohio.
She had worked at Wayne Works and the Richmond Baking Company.
She is survived by her son and his wife: Bobby Shelton and Mandy; her daughter: Chastity; her sister and her husband: Joyce Kopa and John; seven grandchildren: Breckin Shelton, Tesa Shelton, Dylan Shelton, Tashina Sanches, Precious Shelton, Janie Shelton and Stormy Shelton; three great grandchildren: Treyton and Trennon Skaggs and Waylon Shelton; and several nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Ralph and Rosie McCollister; and her son: Terry Ray Shelton.
Funeral services will be held at Community Family Funeral Home on Monday, June 14, 2021, at 12 Noon, with Pastor Paul Mangus. Family and friends may visit Monday at the funeral home one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow at Glen Haven Memorial Gardens.
