Resurrected Church is partnering with community volunteers and donors to provide free weekly meals for communities in Western Wayne County.

The Feeding Western Wayne program provides meals each Thursday in either Cambridge City, Dublin, Milton or Pershing. The location rotates each week so that the service is in each town at least once a month. However, Western Wayne residents are welcome at each location each week.

A meeting will be March 5 at 6:30 p.m. at Resurrected Church in Pershing for volunteer planning and anyone interested in the program.

The menu in March will include stuffed tortellini pasta with marinara sauce, green beans with Rihm’s bacon, Pizza 3.14 bread sticks, and a fresh fruit cup. Prepared meals will be prepackaged in carry-out containers and available on a first-come, first-serve basis at the dates, times and locations below.
