Michael D. Linton, 48, of Richmond, IN and formally of Monticello, IN passed away April 7, 2022. According to his wishes, he was at home, surrounded by his loving family.
He was born May 1, 1973, in Kankakee, IL, the son of Michael Linton and Teresa (Threlkeld) Linton. He was a 1991 graduate of Twin Lakes High School. He was employed by Landis Plastics. After the plant closed, he was a carpenter by trade.
Michael is survived by his children, Kendra Kelley of Lebanon, IN; Ian Linton of Martinsville, IN; mother Teresa Smith; siblings Jenifer (Chris) Gesell, of Clarksville, Maryland; Robert (Laura) Smith of Indianapolis, IN; Jace (Laura) Smith of Westfield, IN; and several nieces and nephews.
Preceding him in death are his father Michael, step-father Roy Smith, grandparents, Ken and Joanne Linton and Bill and Rosalie Threlkeld.
