Michael G Chapman age 81 formerly of Richmond passed away peacefully at his home in Homoassa Fl on April 23, 2022.
Born October 10, 1940 in Richmond Indiana to Victor and Mary (Phipps) Chapman.
He retired from Dana Corporation in Richmond.
He loved golf and was a member of the Richmond Elks for many years.
He served in the United States Marines Corps.
He is survived by his wife of 29 yrs. Shirley, and sons Mark (Tammy) Chapman, Ohio, Michael (Brandi) Chapman of Richmond , Spencer (Gift) Bunga of Savannah Ga. Step children Danny Carpenter of Indiana Michael (Julie) Carpenter, of South Carolina, Debi (Dennis) Satterfield of Tennessee Sister Sheryl (Pete) Bailey of Florida By his grandkids and great grand kids Numerous nieces,nephews,cousins. and many close friends He is proceeded in death by his parents his son Anthony Sisters Beckie Fultz, and Vickie Jolly Celebration of life to be determined at a later date.
