A man was flown to a Dayton, Ohio, hospital after being shot in the neck Sunday night in Richmond.
Just after 11 p.m. Sunday, Richmond Police Department patrol officers responded to 52 South 13th Street on a report of a shooting.
Officers arrived and located the male victim, who had been shot in the neck, according to Lt. Brandon Cappa.
The victim was transported to Reid Health in Richmond and later flown to Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, Ohio.
Investigators obtained a search warrant for 52 S. 13th St., Cappa said, and evidence was recovered from the residence.
April Philbeck, 41, a resident of that address, was arrested on an active warrant out of Decatur County, Indiana.
