Ralland Lee Hall, age 86, of Winchester, Indiana, died Monday, September 6, 2021, at Reid Health.

Born June 18, 1935, in Lynn, Indiana, to Cecil Pruitt and Dorothy Viola Harris Hall, Ralland was a life-long resident of Randolph County, Indiana. He attended Lynn High School. Ralland served in the U.S. Army. He retired from OMCO Cast Metals, Inc. in Winchester and had previously worked for the Winchester Police Department. Ralland was a member of Chapelwood Baptist Church in Winchester and The Gideons International. He was a master craftsman, who loved creating things out of wood and leather. Ralland could also fix and repair just about anything one could imagine and was always ready to get the job done. He was a very generous man, who was always willing to lend a helping hand or give advice when his family, friends, or anyone else needed it.

Survivors include his wife of 31 years, Dixie Darlene Tucker Hall; children, Valerie (Tony) Austin of Indianapolis, Indiana, Michael (Tammy) White of Harrisonville, Missouri, and Matthew (Barbara) White and Kimberly Williams (Dan Lord), both of Winchester; grandchildren, Megan, James, Andrew, Tammy, Ashley, Tabitha, Matthew, Samantha, Brittany, and Daniel; great-grandchildren, Will, Jack, Meredith, Henry, Alyson, Grace, Jaydon, Kaylee, Vada, Briley, Emma, and Tiberius; nieces; nephews; and many friends.

He was preceded in death by his daughter, Gloria Starbuck; parents; and siblings, Violet, Francis, and Donna.

Visitation for Ralland Lee Hall will be from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Saturday, September 11, 2021, at Doan & Mills Funeral Home, 790 National Road West, Richmond. Funeral service will follow at 12:00 p.m. Saturday, September 11, 2021, at Doan & Mills Funeral Home with Pastor Russell Fraley officiating. Burial will be in Earlham Cemetery with military honors provided by the Wayne County Honor Guard.
