William Richard “Billy” Heath Jr. passed way August 12, 2019 at the young age of 60. He was born August 28, 1958 in Richmond to William Richard and Edna Elizabeth Soper Heath Sr. He lived with his eldest sister LaWanna Duvall of Cambridge City and oldest nephew Shawn Duvall where he died.
Both of his parents are deceased and he is one of five children. He is also preceded in death by his sister Willie Mae Mitchell, his niece Christmas Ann Mitchell Elliott, and recent death of his nephew Josh Duvall.
He is survived by his sisters LaWanna Duvall, Linda (Robert) Klingman and younger brother Ricky (Hilda) Heath. Billy had five children, grandchildren and many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. He loved each and every family member and friends that loved in his own way, each and every one. He loved everyone.
