Ronald J. “Ronnie” Moore, age 64, of Centerville, Indiana, went to Rock-n-Roll Heaven on Sunday, July 15, 2018.
Born October 6, 1953, in Richmond, Indiana, to Emory J. and Ruth Wissler Moore, Ronnie was a life-long resident of Centerville and attended Centerville schools. The town of Centerville was very important in the formation of his life. At the age of 12, Ronnie started learning the antique business from his friend and mentor, Verlon Webb. He worked at Webb’s Antique Mall and continued on at Centerville Antique Mall until his retirement in 2016. Ronnie worked in that same building his entire adult life. He was known far and wide within the antique business. Ronnie’s other passion was his love for classic rock music and anything related to the Indy 500. Ronnie will be truly missed, but his spirit will always remain with us.
Survivors include his brother Joseph (Kathy) Moore of Centerville and special friends, Gary Collins, Paula and Ernie Frady, Marta and Trey Powers, Marcie Webb, Verlon Webb, Pam Wallace, Bill and Laura Baldwin, and many others in his “antiquing” world.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Daryl.
Ronnie wished to express thanks to the staff of Reid Hospice, Centerville Antique Mall, and Walther & Hawkins Auction Co.
