Ronald “Ronnie” L. Goff, age 73, a New Castle resident, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, July 9, 2020 at Ball Hospital in Muncie, Indiana.
He was born March 2, 1947 in Kentucky and was a son of the late Harley and Marie Flynn Goff. Ronnie was a New Castle resident most of his life and was an active member of the Abundant Life Church. He loved sharing precious time with his family and friends, going to church and watching church on television. He had worked for several area factories.
Left to cherish his memory include his companion of 33 years, Angela Fulton; two sons, Michael (Tammy) Smith and Ricky Goff, both of New Castle; two grandchildren, Garrett and Keely Smith, New Castle; brother-in-law, Michael (Mae) Fulton, New Castle; best friends, Danny Harmon, Pastor Mike & Leah Winner, Tony Stinson, Danny & Jennifer Martt, all of New Castle; several other extended family and friends also survive.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Alton and wife, Linda Goff; stepdad, Lee Willenborg; and his dog, Scrapy.
Visitation will be Tuesday, July 14, 2020 from 10:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m., at Macer-Hall-Marcum & Moffitt Funeral Home, 600 South Main Street Chapel, New Castle, Indiana. Funeral services will begin at 1:00 p.m., with Pastor Michael Winner officiating. Burial will follow at South Mound Cemetery. On-line condolences may be made to www.macerhall.com.
