Ruth G. (Jerry) Black Pardo, 92, went to be with the LORD ON Saturday April 2, 2022 She was born on October 11, 1929in Kankakee, Illinois to Joseph Black and Myrtle G. Whitmore Black Berry. Ruth was married for 62 years to Joseph A. Pardo and together they had three sons.

Left to cherish her memory is her sons John (Sharon) of Centerville In. Andrew Pardo of Richmond, In; grandchildren Joe Pardo,Chris Pardo Amy Pardo. And Heather Pardo; great grandchildren Lydia, Kaden, Johnathon, and Hannah, Alinea, and Cameron; sister jennie reed, Connersville, in.;foster sister, Barbar Vilenderer; special “son: Gary Hibbard and special “daughter, Penny Slentz Schenk; several other step sisters and step brothers. In addition, to her Parents, Ruth is preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Anthony Pardo and son Michael Pardo brother Marion Berry, and foster sister Helen Contois and daughter-in-law, Pamela Holton Pardo.
Liturgy of Christian burial was held on Thursday, April7, 2022 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church Burial took place at St. Mary’s cemetery. Riggleman-Walterman handled arrangements.
