Sarah “Sally” J. (Bradway) Woodward, Cambridge City, passed away Friday morning, April 22nd, 2022, at Arbor Trace in Richmond, Indiana. Sally was born on October 17th, 1935, in Connersville, Indiana, to William H. and C. Frances (Littleton) Bradway. She lived most of her life in Cambridge City and graduated from Lincoln High School with the class of 1953. She later owned and operated Woodward’s Dress Shop in town. She was a 50-year member of Phi Chi Epsilon Sorority, Past Worthy Grand Matron of Eastern Star, and a member of Zion’s Lutheran Church. On June 20th, 1954, she married the love of her life, Robert D. Woodward, and were blessed with four loving children.

Sally is survived by her four children, Cindy (Scott) Bond, Bob (Terri) Woodward, Cheryl (Jim) Myers, and Libby (Ned) Breeden; she dearly loved her grandchildren, Kelley (Ryan) Smith, Genesta (Payam) Zarehbin, Kindra (Jason) Wey, Sadie (Brian) Crockford, Ryland (Nalina) Woodward, Schuyler Woodward, Eric (Beth) Bates, Ryan (Jessica) Bates, Rob (Kelsey) Agee, and Candace Agee (Joel McLane); and her 17 great-grandchildren; Sally is also survived by several special nieces, nephews, and cousins; and sister-in-law, Lois Bradway.

Sally is preceded in death by her husband Bob on December 21st, 2011; a grandson, Charley Breeden on November 30th, 2015; and a brother, Bill Bradway on July 20th, 2019.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, April 26th, 2022, from 11 a.m. until time of funeral services at 1 p.m. at Marshall & Erlewein Funeral Home, Dublin. Eastern Star services will be held prior to visitation. Burial will be at Zion’s Lutheran Cemetery in Pershing.
