hane Anthony Taber, 35, of Hagerstown, died Wednesday, August 23, 2017, at St. Vincent Hospital, Indianapolis.
He was born in Richmond on October 28, 1981 to Randy and Susan (Raines) Taber and was a lifelong resident of the Hagerstown area.
Shane had been employed in the construction industry. He loved his family and enjoyed golf and coaching baseball.
Survivors include his mother, Susan Clements (Matt Schaekel); his father, Randy Taber (Meghan); a son, Brantley Taber; a sister, Kara Taber; grandparents, Alice Taber and James and Phyllis Koontz; aunts Cinda Raines and Jennifer Koontz; Uncle Tim Taber; several cousins.
His grandfathers, Leon Taber and Charles Raines, preceded him in death.
In accordance with Shane’s wishes, there will be no public services.
