RICHMOND, Ind. – Steven R. Adams, age 68, of Richmond, Indiana, passed away Monday, January 29, 2018, at Arbor Trace Exceptional Senior Living.
Born September 29, 1949, in Lima, Ohio, to Joyce and Carolyn Campbell Adams, Steve had lived in this community most of his life He was a 1968 graduate of Centerville High School and a 1969 graduate of Porter Business College. Steve served in the National Guard during the Vietnam War. He worked at Wayne Works, Hill’s Roses, and Studebaker Buick GMC. Steve was a member of Central Christian Church.
Survivors include his brother, Terry Adams; nieces; nephews; special cousins and caregivers, Margo Fox and Maria (Earl) Williams; and many friends.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Regina Ann Adams, who died on January 12, 2018, and parents.
Visitation for Steven R. Adams will be from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. Friday, February 2, 2018, at Doan & Mills Funeral Home, 790 National Road West, Richmond. Funeral service will follow at 3:00 p.m. Friday, February 2, 2018, at Doan & Mills Funeral Home with Pastor Mark K. Irwin officiating. Burial will be in Crown Hill Cemetery.
