Teanna Faye West received her angel wings and went to be with the Lord on Monday, Oct. 14, 2019.
Teanna was born in Rushville, IN on Nov. 5, 1961 to Robert C. and Bonnie (Jones) West. She spent her life in the Greensfork/Hagerstown area. After graduating from Hagerstown H.S. in 1980, she attended IU East, graduating in 1989 with an Associates Degree in Nursing. She also was an elementary teachers aide and substitute teacher for Nettle Creek Schools for 12 years, but her true love was being a Momma and homemaker.
Teanna loved fishing, camping, road trips, playing guitar and spending time with her loved ones.
She leaves behind her two children, Jacob Russell Andis and Maria Nicole (Dusty) Schambers; a grandson, Wyatt A. Schambers; her father, Robert C. West; a brother, Brian E. West; Uncle Garnel (Sandy) Jones; Aunt Jan Frazier; Uncle Ronnie (Kay) West; nephews: James Allen West and great nephew, Benjamin Allen West. Cody M. Ward and a great niece, Liliana Ward, Adam G. West and Joel A. West and their mother, Mae R. DeJesus. Special family member; Michael and Soon Grizzle, niece Angelica and nephew Austin, many cousins in Kentucky and Indiana.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Bonnie Runyon, a brother Allen Troy West, maternal grandparents, Lola & Norman Jones and paternal grandparents, Rev. Cecil B. & Eva Francis West.
Friends may gather from 5 until 7 pm on Thursday, October 17, 2019 at Waskom Capitol Hill Chapel in Cambridge City to share memories of Teanna.
